Westland Drive, Jordanhill – Two storey side extension:

The project was to form a side extension over two levels to increase living accommodation. A new kitchen and family room was created on the ground floor with large bi-fold doors providing access to the garden. On the first floor a new Master Bedroom Suite with ‘walk-in’ wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom was formed.

Broomlands Avenue, Newton Mearns – Garage conversion:

The client was looking to form a new kitchen with open plan dining. This involved converting part of the existing garage and the installation of new structural steelwork.

Contractor: Clyde Builders & Joiners Ltd.  Flooring by Carpetrite, Greenock.

 


 

Forres Gate, Giffnock – House extension:

The requirement was to provide additional living accommodation. The extension created an open plan kitchen/living area for the family and also established separate living accommodation for the client’s father-in-law.

Crawford Drive, Drumchapel – Roof conversion and extension:

A new roof structure was installed to allow the increased roof space to be utilised as bedroom accommodation. In addition the existing house was extended to the rear allowing the kitchen to be increased in size. The well maintained rear garden was then accessed from the kitchen via a raised deck. A requirement of the client was the retention of an existing apple tree and accordingly, as can be seen from the photographs, the deck was constructed around it.

Kilpatrick Gardens, Clarkston – Roof conversion and extension:

Upgrade and refurbishment of the property creating an open plan living area in keeping with the modern style of family living. The newly formed habitable roof space accommodated the master bedroom suite, 2 smaller bedrooms and family shower room.

Greenhill Avenue, Giffnock – Extension:

The project was to increase the property size to provide additional space within the existing open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The house was extended and the existing timber decking altered with a stainless steel and glass balustrade system installed.

Pilmuir Avenue, Muirend – Roof conversion and extension:

Project was to refurbish and upgrade the family home to create an open plan living area in keeping with the modern day style of family living. The newly formed habitable roof space accommodated the master bedroom suite, 2 smaller bedrooms and family shower room.

Hillcrest Drive, Newton Mearns – extension and upgrade:

The project was to upgrade and extend the property which had been in need of improvement. The property was extended and generally refurbished giving a tired house a new lease of life. The property was presented to the market and sold quickly due to the quality of works carried out.

Madha, Albion Street – Refurbishment of restaurant premises:

We provided services as part of a design and build team to refurbish an existing Indian Cuisine Restaurant in Glasgow. The project was completed within the desired timescales and importantly on budget thereby satisfying our client’s stipulations. The restaurant received excellent reviews in the Scottish Newspapers.
